Dahlia Nur
Dahlia and Nyx Nur grew up together in Haven as siblings. They went their different ways after Dahlia joined the Lunar Pantheon while Nyx got recruited into the Luminary Fleet . They still kept in touch, with Nyx always staying at Dahlia's place when not on active duty. However, Nyx's eventual dishonorable discharge from the fleet and banishment from Haven itself by the Lunar Pantheon drove a wedge between the two, as Dahlia was present during Nyx's trial and never spoke up at all as Dame Fortuna delivered her sentence.
They have since only met once, two decades later, when Nyx was in Fountain in between travels and Dahila (ordained by Dame Fortuna to do so) decided to descend from Haven and give Nyx a clue about the delivery, the next step of Nyx's redemption.
