Captain Quincy J. Felling (a.k.a. Captain Quiet)
Leader of the Lost boys and a Pirate Lord. He is knwon to be merciful but well equipped for a fight. It is said that he gained the title of pirate lord by evading the entire Espara navy after he plundered one of their highly esteemed treasure galleons.
