The Pirate Council

The Pirate Council is a group of elected pirates that reign over the Den of Thieves. They hold authority over the trading in the Novva kotta, in order to prevent over-raiding and a lockdown by the four kingdoms.

Structure

The organization consists of The most dreaded Pirate lords in the Three seas. The seek to put an end to the rule of the four kingdoms as well as apply certain limitations on pirates to prevent too much retaliation from the kingdoms.
