Zaellia the Jovial

Zael is the ruler of the city of Mantle with her brother, Kerribon The Steeled. Zaellia is often in her human form, and is the spokeperson for the Masters of the City.
She is regarded as a jovial, fun-loving being, but can be threatening when she is wronged.
