Sheriff Carlein Doriss Pereek (a.k.a. Iron Sparrow, Boss Sparrow)

A human ex-navy man and current resident of Three Point River.
Formerly known as Captain Pereek of the 2nd Division Navy of the Twenty Orders. Was exposed as a slave trader by Ela Stonetell, court martialed, and exiled to Alloyus.
Currently married and has a son.
Outed by Gim Dugger as a member of Kaspen Hush. He is the one who sent out wanted posters for each of the PCs.
After Gusterus 26th, 130 FE he is currently on the run from Three Point River. It is unknown what his relationship with his family, his occupational status, or his whereabouts are.

General Physical Condition

Stands straight and maintains perfect posture. If he is taller he will always look as if he's slightly looking down on you. If you're taller he will not raise his head to meet you, but will instead raise his eyes.
Walks with a slight limp in his left leg. Claims it is a war wound.
