Coyolxa Blessed Amulet (Koy-yol-shao-kwees Bleh-sed Ah-myoo-leht)

Coyolxhauqui's Blessed Amulet refers to a magic artifact. The artifact is ancient and of unknown origin, but was in An'Dalasia's possession. She has gifted it to Ela Stonetell with the purpose of finding and killing Carlein Pereek, who was responsible for An'Dalasia's daughter's murder.
The Pendent is a wooden necklace made from a Magical tree of some sort. The runes upon it are legible only to whomever can read the language transcribed. The wood color ranges from several shades of blue and green in thin, inexplicably connected wooden strips that fan outward. at the center is a circular pendant with Coyolxhauqui's symbol indented in the center. The symbol glows a low ethereal purple when the Amulet's spell is in effect.

Wearing requires attunement. In order to attune, the previous holder must willingly gift it to the new owner. There, they must bestow a quest upon the recipient. If the recipient accepts the quest, they will be able to attune and gain power from the medallion in the form of whatever it is they need most to succeed.
When Ela wore the Amulet, she gained the following ability:

Ela is now able to cast Mage Hand as an action and at will. The Mage Hand has the following properties:
Casting Time: 1 action Range: 60 feet Components: None needed Duration: 1 minute
A spectral, floating hand appears at a point you choose within range. The hand lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. You can move the hand up to 30 feet each time you use it. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 60 feet away from you or if you cast this spell again.
You can use your action to control the hand. You can perform the following tasks with the hand:

• You can use the hand to manipulate an object up to 10 lbs.
• You can open an unlocked door or container, so long as it does not require up to 10 lbs of force.
• You can stow or retrieve an item from an open container.
• You can pour the contents out of a vial. 
• You can make the spectral hand invisible.
• You can stow one object the hand is holding in a container worn or carried by another creature.
• You can retrieve an object in a container worn or carried by another creature.
• You can use thieves' tools to pick locks and disarm traps at range.
• You can make one attack action with a weapon the hand is holding.

You can perform one of these tasks without being noticed by a creature if you succeed on a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check contested by the creature's Wisdom (Perception) check.
In addition, you can use the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action to control the hand.
While blessed with this hand, you have advantage on all Saving Throws that affect Sanity and do not lose Sanity if you succeed.
