A mysterious figure who runs the Kurai Kokuja. They were first introduced in a letter contractor-contractee letter first discovered by the party in the Bog Mire Mines.
Ryuma, in a dream sequence with Sophia, told her Mr. Noose was the leader of the Kurai Kokuja, and a member of the Rogue’s Gallery.
