Infiltrator Tur'Peratos (a.k.a. Manifred De Vela, The Infiltrator)

One of the more well known individuals in Faircaster. He is a broker of peace and a man of many trades. Was once the aid to the mayor, has since done what he can to keep the peace since his passing, albeit to almost no avail.
In spite of this he is a well liked figure, for what its worth.
He is a former member of the 20 Orders.
The party has since caught him teaching Arakan Harloff how to use magic. It is here he shows little to no recourse for using Necromantic Magic for the sake of creating living practice dummies.
The being inhabiting Manifred De Vela's body turned out to be a demon from Disecesid - The Demon of Fear's realm. It revealed its true form when Malopher caught them lying. Though doing so meant it had minimal time left on the mortal realm, it considered this a necessary trade off to ensure Arakan was used as the Sacrifice for theEnnic Ritual.
However, due to the Party's efforts, it was unsuccessful in turning the town into thralls, and was banished back to its' dimension through the Retrograde Effect. it was not defeated in combat, nor was it exorcised, meaning it still exists in En'Gehen. There it plots for a chance at revenge, assuming it does not suffer the fatal consequence of failing the Demon of Fear.

Personal history

A former veteran of the Kaldos rebellion, he moved up the ranks until he was honorably discharged. He moved to the Colonies with his mentor, Myorvoy De Tiello. When his mentor was given the reins to be mayor of Faircaster, Manifred aided him and helped Faircaster become a successful place in spite of the swampland.
He admitted to Ela that he misses being an adventuring soul, but has since found new purpose in teaching Arakan.
