Phoebe
(a.k.a. Aphrodite, Sune, Waukeen, Mystra, Lliira)
Queen of the Quicklings and Lady of the Soothing Meadow, Phoebe has been alive for the last three Sunderings. Though she was there when Telyn was pulled to their world, she and the half-fey have become fast friends and often will play tricks on the other gods. Her realm is a tranquil, lush meadow with colorful flowers, dotted with dangerous traps and lethal plants to those who are either unwary or unwelcome.
As Queen of the Quicklings, she can change her size at will from medium to tiny, and her wings can carry either size. She is most known as one of the aspects of Aphrodite and Sune, and whilst she rarely creates avatars, she has been known to inhabit mortals to protect those who are devoted to her. This was most recently seen when she inhabited an Aelaen orc during a small feud concerning who a tiefling cleric would have as a patron. Phoebe is usually fairly hands-off with mortal affairs aside from answering prayers, and will instead give small hints to let them be more independent.
Phoebe, like Ciros and his group, believe that the mortals of Morata should be allowed to live as they desire. She feels the Sunderings only create an endless cycle, but as she isn't a master musician she is unable to play either song. She does, however, frequent trips to Yitanor.
