Elenor Riverglen

Elenor Riverglen is the operator of a Boggles in Waterdeep and a member of the Harpers.
Elenor first meets the party as they arrive in Waterdeep during the start of High Harvestide.
Elenor suggest that the cultist will hire Highroad Charter Company for Northern Travel with it's first stop at Carnath Roadhouse, and mentions a sighting of a half-dragon in Waterdeep.
