The party ran into Landen on the High Road. An avatar of Tymora lead Rhumor to the priest as he was being chased by a troll.
Landen, recognizing the sign Rhumor saw as Tymora's guidance, presents Rhumor with a magical bow and invites him to visit the priest in Waterdeep upon their return
Landen says he resides in the Tower of Luck.
