Otto Sailon Son of Everest Sailon and a mage that specialized with sky,akchemy and puppet magic. A Genius mechanic and navigator. Before the Assassination, Otto was an inventor and created the first models for large scale flying ships. He earned the title of "The Sky Sailor" due to his mastery of FLyinf shipbuilding and sailing

History

While Otto had a great deal in orchestrating the initial plan for the assaination of Everest Sailon, he played mainly a supporting role during the assassination of Everest Sailon. However he didn't need the recognition from the battle to form an empire. In Fact to Otto Everst Sailons control was the only limiting force on his influence. Without Everst oversight Otto was able to use his fleet of flying ships to conquer nearby kingdoms and to establish a network for trade. The final borders for the Brugalia empire were decided to maximize the logistics of running his empire efficiently without running into conflict with his fellow growing empires

Disbandment

While it was the last empire to disband The fall of Brugalia was slow. It was the result of several smaller factors Most of which were from within. As a result of trade, many of the technologial advances made bu otto Sailon were shared across the empire. This allowed many other faction to become powerful enough to resist empire leadership. Thus the Empire adopted policies that allowed a disporportate share of the trade to benefits Central ledaership. While it did work to supress the grow of competitors it also started to sow the seed of distrust for the empire leadership.
These competing factions would commonly find thesmelves in disputes to gain favors with central leadership. They would result is small conflicts that the Central leadership would have spend resources to mediate. One of the most effective methods was the Warrior Horde under the leadership General Horath Warog. Fear of his army served as the strong fist that kepts others from fighting. Those that dared to opposed didnt not survive much longer in power, However, General Warog was not just a fameed and powerful warrior. He was a brillliant tactican and charismatic force. While campaigning under the empire we was gaining the admiraion and favors of the many factions. Many of Bruglia saw him as the bringer or order and not the central leadership of the empire.
While the empire was busy its internal struggles the seas were giving rise to a new rival. The Shorelands coastlines had always been a hub of piracy and raiders. The many islands served as the perfect hiding spots of the roaming raiders, However the presence of the Superior Brugalian flying fleets was able to keep most of the various small groups contains and inactive in the mainland. This changed with the rise of Yeboa Hearstrung, the Pirate Queen. Another brilllant and cruel tactican, Yeboa managed to unite the various raider groups into a forminable army with their base at Raiders Landing. However once strong enough her army she moved to take control of the Port of Kings Island.
The Pirate Queen wasnt the only external force either. In the south newly formed Kingdom of Wintercov Was effectively resisting the expansion of the empire. The with the desoultion og the Hollyun Empire, Wintercov could focus its efforts on resisiting Bruglia efforts. This came to a head at the Battle of Horns. Here General Warog and his Warrior Horde clashed with the Whitelk Calvary of Ronun Stagson. It was an intese battle with an unexpected ending, mutual Respect. General Warog was actually impressed with Ronuns battle proess as they fought to a stalemate. In then end they had a discussion in which Ronun enouraged Horath to used his influence to take control to the land he maintained peace for.
It all came to a head when the duaghter of Yeboa Hearstung secertly came to meet with Horath and Emeth stagson , son of Runun Stagson. During a rescue of Ladidia Johveth they ended up particpating in the Covergence Ritual. They would return with newfouns power and a trusted alliance. With the largest factions in place Horath rebelled and united lands of the eastern Brugalia empire. Wintercov continued to push from the south and The New Pirate Queens Fleets came from the see. Together they defeated the remaining loyalist to Bruglia empire regime. They then divided the empire to form the new kingdoms of Brislepine and Shorwin and settled the Wintercov Border
