Wintercov
The Kingdom of In the Frozen Stones, named after the region in which it is located, Winters Cove Wintercov is one of the 13 kingdoms of Morteron. Nicknamed due to the its cilmate which is always realtively cold and has harsh winters. It is the region occupies the icelands and surrounding tundra . It has been ruled by the ruled by the House Rumstag family out of the capital city of Stagfrost
Structure
The Covian cities all have are mostly self suffficient as the harsh climate can cuase them to easily be isolated from one another. However the cities have an intense loyalty and respect to the royal house as a source of stronger leadership. The royal hose mostly acts of the unifying and mediating force between the cities. History
Before the Era of the Salionus Kingdom Winter Cove was a harsh environoment that fostered fiercely independent communities competeing for scare resources. However certain harsh winter forces certain communites to form alliences and treaties to ensure mutual survival. For a long time Winters Cove was an area fractured by various alliances.
During the Salionus expansion Winter Cove was mostly left alone as the sailious Kingdom turn to more naturally prosperous regions. However this lead to the various Covian Alliances to begin to form a unified culture separated from their conquered northern neighbors. Then when the formation of the Sailionus empires came Invasion. Hollyun came from the north and Brugalia came from the east. The west remained uninvaded as the Crusian Empire did not see the difficulft terrain worth fighting for.
The various Covian alliances began to merge to form greater fighting force. The two greatest fighting forces we the Northern Whitelk Calvary lead by house Stagson and the eastern Frozen armies leaded by House Azorum. However the Covian Alliances realized fighting separatedly would not be enough to resist the two empires. So a council was called that would become know as the Resting of Stones.
This council would delibrate the details for the Wintercov Accords. They set the rules for interaction bewteen the Covian alliance members whether they be in times of need, peace or even war. The accords also calls for a centrailized voice of power to enforce the accords. Thus the two most powerful House, Stagson and Azorum would betrothed their house heirs, Emeth Stagson and Esedea Azorum, to form the new royal house of Wintercov, House Rumstag.
Demography and Population
The Harsh environment of winters cove has fosted a sturdy and practical people. They tended do ot care much for religious institutions as they prefer to focus tanible and quantifiable accomplish of man. They focus more on surviving the present instead of philosophizing on the potiental future. That said they do deeply revere tradition and are resistant to change. THey trust that which has gottem them through the past and will do it again to ensure survival.

Wintercov coveres the south tip of morteron. They occupy the icelands and its surrounding tundra. To the north is the kingdom of the Hollien, . To the northwest is the Kingdom of the Autumia and Blackin.. To the south is the Frosted sea. To the northeast is the kingdom of Brislepine and Shorwin.
Military
the most elitle warriors of Wintercov are know as the Stonehearts. They are a group of knights signified by a stone medallion embedded with a whitestone stag. The medallion can be used to store the knights weapon of choice. Majority of the members trained as apprentices under current apprentices. However capable warriors that demostrate their skill and loyalty can also be granted stoneheart status. The top tep Stonehearts are known as the kings stag and are responble to the protection of the immediate royal family
