Altar of the Wayward

The Alter of the Wayward is a temple to the goddess Akadi, deity of air, travel, and waywardness.
This temple is seated on the road into the city of Olak Vald, outside of the city's main defensive wall, and is comprised of a large open pavilion which serves as the primary location for adherents and visitors alike, and a squat stone structure which contains sleeping quarters and storage.
The Alter of the Wayward acts as a welcome to the city of Olak Vald for travelers and merchants, who are near-universally denied entry past the city's inner wall, and provides complimentary food and drink to visitors in order to fortify them for their journeys back out into The Scorched Lands.

Tenets of Faith

Faithfuls of Akadi from the Olakan sect diligently serve at the pleasure of travelers, merchants, and all those who travel the wild lands outside the safety of civilization. The Olakan sect of Akadi views acts of service to those who must travel as the holiest activity, with the core tenet that those who travel can only do so with the support of those who do not.

May your wind always lift our wings.
