Professor Tridrec Earthshard (trid-rick earth-shard)
Professor, researcher, and copper dragonkin, Tridrec is well known around the Seminary of the Faithful in Olak Vald for his research into the lesser known and more looked down upon aspects of the arcane arts. Professor Tridrec has spent the majority of his long life researching the necromantic arts and ways to improve them such that they might one day be viewed and taught as any other school of magic, instead of looked down upon as vile.
Professor Tridrec's most divisive course, Theoretical Necromancy, aims to engage higher level students at the Seminary with topics such as the advancement of the necromantic arts, the creation of more stable undead, and other such lofty topics. Headmaster Grimrock frequently chides Tridrec for his outlandish and dangerous views on necromancy, and for his forgetfulness when it comes to the students in his more introductory level courses.
