Victoria Oxbow

A woman of many mysteries and ulterior motives, Victoria Oxbow is a ravishing sociopath who uses her beauty to get what she wants from anyone wise enough not to piss her off.

At Houndsmoth Manor, she uses Silas Yamane as her "boyfriend" for most of Season 1 to get something for her, to spy on someone for Mr. Houndsmoth, or to make him uncomfortable for her own amusement.

Nobody knows or understands Victoria's true motives. Only that she does what she wants, get what she wants, and is never caught for her misdeeds. Even the details of her life are never fully verified, since she doesn't have friends. Just victims.

The constant in her life is that Victoria needs to be in control. If she isn't, her reserved and aloof attitude changes to a far more aggressive one.

After Houndsmoth:

On the run from the law, Victoria uses her talents as a heat vampire (ability to absorb a victim's heat to sustain herself and increase the range of her ice powers) and as an expert assassin (her preferred weapon being a pair of hand scythes) to find a set of ancient artifacts in order to get back in the good graces of the leaders of her old group: The Coalition. By whatever means necessary.

Ability to freeze water molecules touching her - create stabbing weapons and crude projectiles; able to drain heat from a victim to increase her range.
