High Elves

High elves are truly immortal, age holds no sway over them though they may still be slain by blade, poison, or disease. They believe themselves the finest of all Elves and are very willing to display this. Most of the members of this society are extremely selfish, though this is tempered by the awareness that they might yet pay for any slight a thousand years hence. They are least likely to sire Half Elves There is a tradition of never cutting your hair and allowing it to grow to extreme length but keeping it perfect and groomed. To represent the age and grace they believe themselves to possess.

Anatomy

Their skin is pale yet possesses a slight golden hue. This is possibly due to their blood which glimmers like liquid gold.

Their names sound like typical fantasy elf names, that’s the current fashion. Older high elves have more Gaelic and Celtic sounding names that they keep from the earlier day of their race.
