Khilighold

One of only 2 federation city-states to be built above ground Khilighold is strangely enough mostly farmers working the hills of the stoneclaw’s grip. They raise an awful lot of sheep and grow an awful lot of root vegetable, neither of which brings particular honor to a dwarf and as such Khilighold dwarves are somewhat looked down on by other dwarves. For all this, however, Khilighold is one of the most essential city states simply for the food they provide and the goods brought in from londor. In recent years there has been a growing population of minotaurs as a result of their cultural compatibility with dwarves and the dwarves valuing their great strength

Infrastructure

Almsot all the buildings in kihilighold are built starting on the based of a barge or ship. This is because Khilighold was established to build the Khilihold wall. It was supplied by quarries from underground clearing new space for Ard Karig and Orzvic. The stones were sent down the Akran river, once they reached Khilighold the stones were used to build the wall and the boats for the house.
