Perhaps more a gnome city than a dwarven one this city built around a lake is a remarkable wonder of gnomish technology, houses suspended from balloons, Bubble buildings built under the water, abodes tunneled into the mountains that twist and turn so confusingly you wondering if they even obey the laws of physics. The gnomes here are largely left to their devices with the exception of ensuring that the lake remains pure and that the Stoneclaw Federation can endorse and reap the benefits of certain project, such as the warforged and Airships
Panajin is considered diplomatically neutral as Gnomes insist on retaining their freedom to act.
