Riosol

A city established by Serkona in an attempt to stake a claim on the continent. Due to it's location Riosol became a cosmopolitan melting pot as races from all across Kal'Terra converge at this major trade destination.
The prince is carrying on an affair with the leader of one of the cities criminal faction. They have gained a degree of legitimacy and officiality through this.

Guilds and Factions

The Prince: The ruler of the city, elected by the dukes out of the royal family from Serkona. He owns and taxes most of the cities districts and has the city army to enforce them.
The Silver-Coats: An order of mercenaries often functioning as police for hire. They equip each new member with a chainmail coat hence their name.
Don Cinghiale: Don of the halfling mafia, essentially Don Falcone a la Gotham, he runs his city with integrity and skill he has innumerable backup plans and hidden resources. He owns the rich and powerful of the city having a

History

It was originally a large elven port town. It was spared during the fall of Galad Entheas. Swiftly taken in the years that followed it grew rapidly over the centuries that followed becoming a trading powerhouse.
