The Northern Rebels

A loose coalition of rebel cells resisting the increasingly oppressive Konigstadt Empire. The leader, though she wouldn't like to call herself that, is Elayna Qinrell.

Structure

Each cell within the rebellion has its own leader who communicates with a leader of another cell greater in the hierarchy all the way up to Elayna Qinrell.

Public Agenda

Freedom for the north.

Assets

Almost none but they do know the land better and they're taking advantage of that, they also have a lot of support amongst the civilian populace.
