The Ring of The White Frost

A ring that releases such powerful ice that the area surrounding it becomes a blizzard. The ring was once pure but at some point some great evil power has corrupted it. though it may still be used for good its ill is evil and it tries to work that evil through its wearer.

Manufacturing process

Imbued with its power by the icy vapours of The Font of the Elements, it is said that if used at its full power this ring could cover the entire plane in a sea of ice.
