Orzammar clans
Dwarven society is made up of families organized in clans. Usually these clans have a profession affiliated with them, although all are supposed to supply the dwarven army with sons in times of war. Some notable clans in the dwarven stronghold of the Kingdom of Orzammar are:
Aeducan - The royal clan of Orzammar. Notable members are:

Threestone - a military clan of Orzammar. Notable members are:

Sigvaldur - an expert mason's clan from Kal-Shirok and Orzammar. Notable members are:
Thormund Sigvaldur, third son to Amren Sigvaldur
Amren Sigvaldur, patriarch of the Sigvaldur clan in Orzammar.
Ragnor Sigvaldur, leader of the Sigvaldur clan in Kal-Shirok. Nephew of Thormund Sigvaldur.
Greybuckle - a cobbler's clan from Kal-Shirok and Orzammar. Notable members are:
Beren Greybuckle, friend to Thormund Sigvaldur.
Redrock - a lyrium delver clan from Kal-Shirok and Orzammar. Notable members are:
Bruenor 'the Brown,' respected twohanded greataxe warrior from his clan.
Bertram Redrock, inventor and lyrium expert of Kal-Shirok. Oldest of the Redrock clan.
Crannog - a military clan from Kal-Shirok. Notable members are:
Volgromm Crannog, patriarch and commander of Kal-Shirok.
Flintguard - a clan in service to clan Sigvaldur. Notable members are:
Gandor Flintguard, a crossbowman in service to house Sigvaldur

Emberblade - a geomancer clan from Kal-Shirok. Notable members are:
