The Dauer Mountains
The Dauer Mountain range divides the provinces of Edauer en Rhudaur. It is a jagged mountainrange and nearly impassable at points. The only way through is a pass which in recent years has been fortified at its narrowest point. This fortress is called @Watcher's Mound, effectively allowing the occupier to seal off one of the most important highways of the region.
The Dauer Mountains is populated by a number of mystique locations and creatures. Amongst others there lies a monastery of the Dragon Cult and hidden somewhere in its high slopes lies a lair of a Earth Dragon. This dragon settled there during @the Great Dragon War and is best left undisturbed.
