Vex

The rumoured Vex, general of the Dunmer situated at the island of Rhunaar, entered the Conflux Point to take the powers of the Arium flowing there. It was at this point Grond the dwarven king of Ban Grond , the Gundyr King of Gildin and Volendrim Archon of the Dunmer, created a blood seal to keep Vex a prison. Here is where Vex is assumed to have remained for the past 700 years, with the Uthramians getting close to setting him free.
