After the Thîb Hihinkuh telepathically communicated the story of Zhok to its parents and they wrote it down, this text began the Codex. It was appended with later revelations and discussions by adherents.

Rarity

The original text no longer exists. The many copies that were created after the Thîb Hihinkuh died were expanded upon, and the originals of the additions are also lost.
