Able Seamen's Guild

The building is three stories high and fronts both Bywater and Waterman's Market.  On Bywater the ground level contains several small shop fronts.  On the Market side is the entrance to the guild hall of the Able Seamen's Guild.  The top two floors are apartments for guild members.
The guild is a method for sailors to have some retirement or disablement security.  The guild hires older sailors and provides some for those infirm living in the House for aged Sailors.

Structure

Older retired Sailors man the locals and collect dues and rents, and manage the upkeep.  They also serve drinks and food directly at windows located on the Market.

Provide some protection and retirement for Seamen.
