Upplands

The Upplands extend from the feet of the RHODOPE MOUNTAINS in the west, to an imaginary line that joins LAKE ALTOP, LAKE HANGING ROCK, the headwaters of RACHEL'S RUN down to the eastern edge of HETH'S PERCH in the east. In the north the Upplands are bordered by forest-edge WEATHERN BLUFFS to BIG BEND in the POWDER RIVER. In the south it is marked by an imaginary line that runs from MOUNT HERMITAGE, to LORETTA'S BLUFF, GURTHAP FALLS, and Heth’s Perch.
