Necromancer of Dol Gulder

This shadowy figure has recently moved into an old watch tower in SOUTHERN MIRKWOOD.  The name men gave to the tower is long lost, and it is now known as DOL GULDER.  Since his arrival evil has been afoot with evil men from the South finding their way to his keep, as well as increased Orcs of the Misty Mountains activity throughout Rhovanion.
