Chief Trader of Rifllian

Rifllian is more of a permanent encampment than a town, and it's the site of trading between humans and elf nationals in the woods. Its most permanent feature is the elf Prestelle, who presides over the encampment as an unofficial "townmistress." Prestelle has kept a light hand in Rifllian's trading policies ever since.
