Contract book
This book "binds" the signing parties to the agreement that is written. Then, once the agreement is fulfilled, the contract becomes a contract for their souls to a Devil. Even the words all change, everything except their signatures, those are original. Basically it is a evil, trapped item. Yes, it does work to make both parties honor the signed agreement, but then those who signed it's soul belongs to the devil.
Parties can sign it more than once.
If the page is torn, then the agreement for the soul ends. It is possible that even if the person is dead, and the soul is already with the Devil, that tearing the page might release their soul from hell. In one theory anyway.
