The City States of Rhean

The City States of Rhean is an organized consortium of free cities that band together for their mutual good and because of their shared history, location, and religion. Each City State sends two delegates to be members of the Senate. The empire runs along the Naram River spaning from Kingdom of Oldon in the south to Kingdom of Amendia in the north.   Each City State sends two delegates to be members of the Senate   In the forests to the west are roving bands of gnolls.  Occassionally they will forary into the civilized lands mostly to steel cattle or crops for their own survival.  If a farmer or his family or workers are out when this occurs, which is rare, they may be captured or slaughtered.
