Dragon Rapier

it was once used by warrior in the service of a dragon. It is a +3 weapon and you can speak draconic and have dragon friendship which is a +5 to persuasion rolls with Dragons (not dragon kind though - just real dragons) and roll with advantage for persuasion rolls. NEEDS ATTUNEMENT in order to use the speaking and the friendship - but without attunement it is still a +3 weapon and allows you to speak Draconic.
