Kim Kim is the leader of a small group of half man / half mountain goat people that live in the mountains above Calamine, the City on the Mountain. The have have movable brigde that the use to collect tolls for anyone wanting to pass through their area on the way up or down the mountain. Their area happens to be the easiest way too. It is possible to avoid their toll, but doing so takes longer and is more dangerous.
The goatmen are a fairly pleasant folk. Most of them are slightly smaller than a normal man, but occasionally some grow to be larger. They have shamans, but their magic, for the most part is crude. However, do not take this for weakness - they can fight when they have to.
They know about The Legend of The Lady of the Lake. They will share information about it with travelers. But they caution them that sometimes the wishes turn out to be more like curses.
Kim Kim told The Right Fist that he knows a secret way to Storms lair. It is partly through the mountains and partly along the outside of the mountains. It is treacherous, but they believe it is still a secrete passage.
Kim Kim had a magical dragons tooth, but it was stolen by the Dragonborn in 1541. The Dragonborn used it to bring Storm back to this area in 1542.
Recently Kim Kim was part of an adventuring group that went into Storm's realm and it is believed this group killed Ogmar as he has not been seen since, however, Storm is still know to be alive.
