Llarm Zylris
He is an elf and he is on the City Planning Commission of Avondale. His role is to represent the Elves' interest in the City as they do represent 5% of the population and they are also important allies. He is a retired Ranger and tree singer and he helps to keep the elvin section of the city in good order.
