Magic Quill

Whatever you write comes to be - like if you write "stuck" on a door - then the door will be stuck. The effect lasts until the writing is removed either by crossing it off with this pen or by scraping the feathers of the quill over the words, which will erase them, or by casting dispel magic DC 19. Or you can damage the structure itself thus effectively removing the writing. Like if you write "locked" on a door, you can smash the door down and that will effectively end the magic.
