This secret society uses the power within a living creatures blood to do magic, fortel the future, and direct political courses from the shadows.
It is not evil, but it is very secretive.  Some members might be evil, and most likely there are not any good aligned members.  But their actions are not directly evil, when used with a modicam of restraint.  However, blood magic can take over a practicioners soul and turn them evil if they are not careful.
