Circle of Black
The Circle of Black is a secret society of necromancers and "morally unrestricted" mages banding together with the ultimate goal of total world domination. Led by the enigmatic Lady Devora, the Circle prefers operate in the shadows, and most of the world do not yet know they exist. However, they have come into contact with the Steel Eye on multiple occasions, establishing a relationship as a dubious, but largely threatening entity.
