Veranda Grimhollow
Veranda Grimhowllow is an elven necromancer and a member of the Circle of Black. She has encountered the Steel Eye on multiple occasions, including the party's first interaction with the Circle, and has maintained a dubious with them ever since.
Alandi Ruins
Veranda's first encounter with the Steel eye was in the Alandi Ruins, where she was attempting to retrieve the Eye of the Oracle for her own organization. By using her power to manipulate a tribe of goblins into protecting her, she was able to gain access to the crypt where the Eye was held, but was unable to retrieve it before she was thwarted by the Steel Eye and forced to retreat.Whitham
Veranda's second encounter with the party was on friendlier terms, as she assisted them in evading Imperial patrols and brought them to a manor outside of town. While she offered long term assistance and cooperation with the Circle of Black in exchange for the Eye of the Oracle, the party declined, and have not encountered the necromancer since.
