Maurice Allard is a sorcerer descended from the Divine Dragons of the West, under training by the Blue Order. When conflict from within the Reikasu Shogunate resulted in the death of Maurice's parents,Griswald Aurien arranged for the boy to be taken to Pianzia, where his natural magical talent would be fostered and trained by the mages of the Blue Order.
