Victor Bentley
Governor Victor Bentley is governor of the continent of Mythrael as appointed by King Leonidas for his service as lead advisor to the throne. He resides on Monument Island and typically leaves the city to its own devices. Occasionally, he will weigh in on important decisions being made by the Council of Elders or give his opinion through press releases. Very rarely, he will override a law passed by the council or appoint a new person to a particular role within the city. In other words, his approach to governance is very hands off.
