Tremont Creates the Control Key

Tremont was unable to revive all of his neighbors before people started taking notice of the dead bodies. This got the attention of the Police, who questioned many of the neighbors Tremont had revived. One of which told them about Tremont's magic keys. Riner interpreted this as the killer having killed using a normal key that people called magical due to the hysteria, but he documented it nonetheless. The Governor took notice of this because it stood out in his weekly report, so he decided to pay Tremont a visit. During his visit, he demanded that Tremont make him a key that could control people's minds. In exchange, he would not have Tremont arrested. With seemingly no other options, Tremont created the sixteenth of the magic keys; The Control Key. This key was forged using the Governor's blood.
