Julia Barnes

Julia came into the notice of Amber when she began a relationship with Merlin Sawall during his youth.  This relationship soured over time and she left Merlin and turned to Jasra Pentorin for training of her emerging magical abilities.  During the more active portions of Merlin's rise to power she seperated herself from Jasra to personally pursue revenge on Merlin. While they were later somewhat reconciled, they never reforged anything but a casual relationship.
Julia has since moved from her native Shadow Earth to Begma where she works with Jasra Pentorin to manage the Begman Trade Authority.
