The Silver Scoundrels are a clan of pirate crews headed by The Pirate King, a Human that inherited the role from his father. They have a fleet almost large enough to rival The Black Reapers, although they are much less organized and lack the technology to challenge them head-on. They have been at war with every other faction since their birth, and have somehow survived nearly forty years.

Pillage and Burn

Uncouth, unclean, and uncaring, the Silver Scoundrels are a faction dedicated to the earliest definition of piracy. Long years at sea away from port full of raiding ships, pillaging coastal settlements, and drowning away their evenings in rum and grog are favorite past-times of the aptly named faction. Using whatever ship they can capture or salvage, the ragtag appearance of the Silver Scoundrels' fleet matched with the iconic flag will surely terrify any wandering merchant who comes across them.

Under the Smoky Mountain

A'vfono, the haven for thieves, renegades, and exiles across Mytkora lies under the still-erupting but not dangerous volcano Ith'eshani. Smoke blocks out the sun most days and plant-life is scarce compared to the other nearby islands. The colony is anything but self-sustaining, relying on money brought in by the pirating crews. When money is tight for the Scoundrels, it's tight for A'vfono. This does not stop runaway craftsmen from setting up shop under the mountain, however, as the rotating rosters of pirates make for good business.
