Tucked in the upper region of the Jaw, Flatiron Cave is connected to a large cave system that feeds into the underdark. Unlike the name suggests, there isn’t iron to be found in the cave. It was named for the mountain that upon exiting, Mhadellawyr (Flat Iron Mountain). The opening of the cave is large enough for multiple wagons to be pulled in for shelter, however after a short distance it immediately starts to descend into the darkness. After about an hour of spelunking down into the cave, you would arrive in the underdark.
