The Lizardfolk who live at the mouth of the River Waedden have a robust trading outpost - called Gradissa Fen - comprised almost entirely of stilt-heightened buildings and large bridges over the deeper channels. They specialize in taking goods upriver and across the lowlands back to Gylidd Syn Aethri for reasonable fees. Their leader always takes the title 'Goldscale,' and is believed to be the one lizardfolk in each generation whose temperament and skills most closely resemble Gradis, the first merchant of the delta. Currently their leader is Goldscale Chexoakazi, an ascetic with great patience and a fair hand.
