Prakam Golundy is a large town populated primarily by Tortles and built at the nape of an inlet formed by the Vorlus, a subterranean river that flows south from the Southern Rachis Range under the Petrified Wood. The harbormaster there - a priest of Araclade named Danmagin, doubles as the town's mayor and as the governor of the other tortle villages nearby.
