Like the Northern Grand Canal, this 100 mile long, 2 mile wide, artificial sea channel ferries fresh and salt water back and forth between the Binding Sea and Inland Sea, ending at the industrious city of Kor. Traveling northeast to southwest, it allows vessels to circumvent the Brume that flanks the island by sailing directly through it, connecting the leylines of the northern realms to those of the south. In equally similar fashion to the northern canal, the lands surrounding it are full of bounteous farms fed by elegant, flawlessly designed aqueducts feeding local streams and rivers into the two canals via large spouts shaped to emulate local Incari.
