Tiefling

While some Tieflings look like their parent species, most retain physical characteristics derived from their ancestor, with the most common such features being horns, prehensile tails, and pointed teeth. Some tieflings also have eyes that are solid orbs of black, red, white, silver, or gold, while others have more familiar eyes. Other, more unusual characteristics include a sulfurous odor, cloven feet, or a general aura of discomfort they leave on others. Tiefling skin is usually similar in color to their mortal kin, though extends past normal colors into deep reddish hues as well. Tiefling hair is also often the same color as their parents', though dark blue, red, or purple are common shades amongst the race.
"The following communities are known to the people of Myzelis and recorded in the Journals of Eblin. Realms not listed here have no known populations of these Aethrin large enough to list as communities in their own right."

Gylidder Tieflings

Spawn of Evil: As a species no judgment is passed upon tieflings; neither through codified Gylidder law, nor via social stigma. They are encouraged to join other communities and are not disallowed from congregating with other tieflings. However, the Inaethri and Patrons that would encourage Tieflings to gather together based solely upon their fiendish heritage have proven time and time again to be either overtly or covertly malevolent. Indulging cults dedicated to dark powers was once a function of the sheer variety of Inaethri that gathered in Gylidd during the Age of Stone, but there has been no such leniency during the Mortal Era's Second Founding. As a result, most Gylidder Tieflings willingly choose to avoid forming coalitions with only other fiendblooded, knowing that it becomes very easy to lose oneself, and that maintaining populations of primarily tiefling neighborhoods has inevitably attracted the worst sort of fiend worship that compels the city to respond.

Tieflings of specific fiendish ancestry (Baalzebul, Dispater, etc)

As any tiefling, although there is no fiend with this name in Gylidder theology. Regardless, the powers granted by this particular bloodline are completely justified by the variety of fiendish sources from which a tiefling can come to be.

Verberan Tieflings

Tieflings of the Contractor Bloodline: Tieflings can be born to any person, but they all share a common trait: their parents or ancestors made a deal with a fiend, be it demon, devil, or yugoloth, and they represent the final payment of that price. Some bear a stigma against them and others feel for them, but none can deny that certain gifts they retain are potent and tempting. Their many varieties are known in Verbera as the Subjugation Bloodline (Baalzebul subrace), the Conspiracy Bloodline (Dispater subrace), the Domination Bloodline (Fierna subrace), the Deception Bloodline (Glasya subrace), the Frigid Bloodline (Levistus subrace), the Hoard Bloodline (Mammon subrace), the Inferno Bloodline (Mephistopheles subrace), the Flight and Personalities bloodlines (Variants subraces), and the Vicious Bloodline (Zariel subrace).
