Titans
The Titans were created by primordial essence given to all the creatures of the world by the Overgods. In doing so an Apex representative of each type came into being. They are in effect a direct answer to the Obyrith. These beings were tasked with the custodial care of different aspects of reality. By definition there are 14 Titans that roam Na'Endreth however the first and most powerful Titan is aligned with theObyrith.
The Titans were created in a response to the Obyrith that plague the world. To that effect they are a planetary immune system. Most of the time they take passive roles in the continued existence of the world but occasionally they stir up enough action independently to cause danger of their own. Usually the damage they cause is well covered by another Titans purview.
All Titans exhibit heightened consciousness compared beings of their nature. This is however severely skewed between Titans as some still display animalistic tendencies while others achieved full cognitive awareness. What sets them all apart from other divine beings however is their direct work with the Overgods.
Divine Origins
Each Titan was originally an unremarkable member of whatever category it represents. They were then imparted with magic evolution that rivals all but the Overgods themselves. The growth in power was almost instantaneous and left only the most worthy representatives of their groups with cosmic power to defend the world and keep order on Na'Endreth. Theoretically the world could exist without any of them present were it not for the Obyrith presence.
